先週から蔵人が泊まり込みで
#純米大吟醸 と #大吟醸 を仕上げました🙌

写真は #手槽 といって
#醪 (もろみ)を入れた袋に木の重しを乗せ、
ゆっくり少しずつ圧力をかける作業で
毎晩夜中もずっと番をしていたそうです。

搾り方に注目することで、
味わったお酒が造られた #酒蔵 の風景や思いが浮かんで、
また新しい #日本酒 の楽しみ方ができそうです💓

The brewery staff have been staying over since last week to finish #JunmaiDaiginjo and #Daiginjo.
Finished #JunmaiDaiginjo and #Daiginjo 🙌
